By shopping at Rhien Collection, you agree to the terms outlined below. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Company Overview

Rhien Collection is a Pakistan-based women’s clothing brand specializing in premium unstitched suits offered at wholesale prices. All operations, shipping, and support are conducted within Pakistan only.

2. Ordering Process

• Orders are accepted online only via Instagram, Facebook, or WhatsApp.

• Orders are confirmed once full order details and payment confirmations are received.

• Rhien Collection reserves the right to cancel or reject any order at its discretion.

3. Pricing

• Our suits are priced at PKR 2600, while similar quality products in the market cost PKR 3250–3500.

• All prices are final and inclusive of taxes unless otherwise stated.

• Prices may change without prior notice.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship across Pakistan only.

• Standard delivery time is 4 to 7 working days.

• In some cases, shipping may be delayed due to courier or logistic issues beyond our control.

• Rhien Collection is not liable for late deliveries once the order has been handed over to the courier service.

5. Return & Refund Policy

• To request a return or refund, customers must contact us within 3 days of receiving the parcel.

• A PKR 200 return processing fee must be paid in advance.

• Refunds will be:

  • Full refund if contacted within 3 days.

  • 50% refund if contacted after 3 days.

• Product must be:

  • In original packaging

  • Unstitched and unused

• Refunds will only be processed via WhatsApp support number:

6. Customer Support

• WhatsApp Support Hours: 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM (Mon–Sat)

• We do not take phone calls. All communication is done via messages only.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

• We only collect information necessary to complete and ship your order.

• No sensitive information (CNIC, credit card data, etc.) is stored or shared.

• Anyone attempting to trace, collect or misuse company or admin data using unauthorized tools will be subject to legal action.

8. Legal & Dispute Resolution

• All disputes, complaints, or legal issues must be sent to our official WhatsApp numbers.

• Cases must be resolved either:

  • Directly (P2P – Person to Person)

  • Or in High Court or Supreme Court (no police station involvement)

• Any false or reputation-damaging claims may lead to a legal case filed against the user.

• If a case is filed against the company, Rhien Collection will pay x10 of the order value as settlement and cover all court fees, as part of our legal closure clause.

• This is a legal workaround we use to handle disputes professionally and avoid abuse.

9. Use of Website

• All content, images, and branding belong to Rhien Collection.

• Unauthorized use or copying will result in copyright violation.

10. Agreement

By placing an order with Rhien Collection, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
