Returns are accepted within 10 days of receiving the product.

To initiate a return, you must contact our support team via WhatsApp.

Returns requested after 10 days will only be eligible for a 50% refund.
📦 Return Conditions
To qualify for a return:

The product must be unstitched, unused, and in original packaging.

💸 Return Fee
A PKR 200 non-refundable processing fee must be paid in advance before the return process begins.
🔄 Refund Options

Full refund: If return is initiated within 10 days of delivery.

50% refund: If initiated after 10 days (and approved).

Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days once the item is received and verified.
